Also they used to give a written report with the actual tread depth when rotating the tires. Now they just give three levels on the tire report . . . good, caution, need replaced. To me the new information is quite vague and will likely lead a person to buy new tires sooner than actually needed. Overall I would state our service was better than good, but not as great as it has been in the past. Change the added perks back to the way they were in the past and the service would be almost hard to beat.

Took my 2026 Hyundai Palisade in for warranty work. My husband has 20+ years experience in the automotive industry. I am quite aware that it is unacceptable to leave grease smears on the interior of a vehicle. I understand if one is missed-I have white/ gray leather interior, it happens-but multiple? I would not recommend this dealership at this time for service. This type of carelessness makes me skeptical as to what else is not properly cared for in the shop including the mechanics themselves. If they are too understaffed to properly care for the vehicles then Stew Hansens should be intervening.

Recently had an oil change and routine maintenance for my vehicle. Everything went well. Service advisor was friendly and listened to what was needed. I scheduled my appointment through the website which was extremely easy.

Got there at 230, my appointment was at 245. Was coming in for a simple half hour oil change. It took an hour even though I had an appointment.

Bought the 2026 Tucson Limited Hybrid with Noah !! Way more extras than I needed, but sure I'll quickly get used to having all the extras. He was exceptional throughout the process !! Had my things transferred to new vehicle , gas filled all while we worked with Fincance Stephanie Aeber, also very good at all involved. They have a diverse inventory of quality vehicles with competitive pricing. Salesman Nick Renda was courteous, extremely helpful, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive.

New computer system caused abnormal issues to this service appointment resulting in overnight delay for oil change. They provided loaner car so that I wasn't further inconvenienced which was appreciated. The car was supposed to be washed as part of the oil change and it was not. They did wash it upon request though. Staff was friendly and helpful. They used to vacuum the floorboards, but it does not seem like they provide that service anymore.

They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant and hassle-free time. Noah had the car ready when we arrived, which was a huge relief. We had an oil change and tires rotated.

no problem on vehicle intake. repairs were completed timely and we were duly notified. The problem occurred when we returned to pick up the vehicle and had no idea where to go to indicate that we were ready to pick it up. there's no signage or other indications where customers are informed where to go for various functions. this was already reported on a prior review, and I'm responding to this review to indicate negatively about repeatedly being asked to provide reviews for the same service visit.

Good reception. Someone came out to meet us in the lot. Car was exactly what we were looking for and after a test drive we agreed to buy it. I took my vehicle in for routine oil change and a couple recalls. I was advised when scheduling that it would take approximately 1.5 hours. There was an additional recall on the seatbelts but at the time of scheduling they didn’t know if they’d have the parts to fix it at this appointment. I drive approximately 140 miles round trip for their service, and was told that if the parts come in that they aren’t allowed to hold one back to be installed for me. That policy would’ve been nice to know before purchasing a new vehicle from them for the first time. That said, when I arrived I was told that they would check to see if they’d had the parts needed but if so it would take all day to complete the work. Either way I asked for a call or txt so that I could decide and rearrange my plans. There were no loaner vehicles available. I had a friend pick me up and went to lunch, shopped a little while waiting to hear from them which never happened. I appreciate that they fixed everything needed in one visit, but the lack of communication was frustrating. I ended up waiting in the lobby until the end of the day. While a car wash is included with the oil change, instead of washing it and letting me know it was ready to go, they drove my car to the front and then came in and said it’s ready unless you want it washed. It was a unanticipated long day stuck in Des Moines without wheels or knowing ahead of time to be able to plan my day accordingly.

From the first phone call I received from Alison to the last. The professionalism and honesty and understanding of what I was looking for was excellent no pressure to buy. They made feel comfortable and welcomed. Alison, Khayla and Emily you ladies are the best. Thank you so much I love my new car.

Congratulations to those who recently purchased from this dealership. Enjoy the 'honeymoon phase' while it lasts, because the service department is a nightmare. I brought my car in for a single issue and it was returned unfixed, plus several new problems. Management, specifically Steven Amos, seems to support this culture of untrained staff and poor workmanship. Honestly, a backyard mechanic would likely do a better job. Save yourself the regret and go elsewhere. More updates to come.

Great experience with their Collision Center on the install of running boards on new Palisade. Problem with new Palisade Recall costing us 3 days on possession of new vehicle.

I worked with Matt in the Used sales department to purchase a 2021 BMW. This was my 10 car buying experience and was easily my best one. No games, not a lot of back-and-forth just crunching numbers to make them work for me. They gave me a fair trade and once I chose the car I wanted out of there In about an hour. Purchase was entirely on phone and on line. Salesman delivered the car to my driveway. Easiest car purchase I've ever made.

I had to go 3 times one appointment they didn't even have it down after talking to someone in Chat. Second one they took apart and then didn't have the part. Third time they fixed but the updates on service wasn't very good.
