I did like our experience overall. The oil change and tire rotation was very quick. Also the free car wash they add in is a plus. Our service was from the perks given on a new car purchase, so I can say this time the price was free (or should I say that it was prepaid for in the new car purchase?). Took my 2026 Hyundai Palisade in for warranty work. My husband has 20+ years experience in the automotive industry. I am quite aware that it is unacceptable to leave grease smears on the interior of a vehicle. I understand if one is missed-I have white/ gray leather interior, it happens-but multiple? I would not recommend this dealership at this time for service. This type of carelessness makes me skeptical as to what else is not properly cared for in the shop including the mechanics themselves. If they are too understaffed to properly care for the vehicles then Stew Hansens should be intervening.

New computer system caused abnormal issues to this service appointment resulting in overnight delay for oil change. They provided loaner car so that I wasn't further inconvenienced which was appreciated. The car was supposed to be washed as part of the oil change and it was not. They did wash it upon request though. Staff was friendly and helpful. They used to vacuum the floorboards, but it does not seem like they provide that service anymore.

no problem on vehicle intake. repairs were completed timely and we were duly notified. The problem occurred when we returned to pick up the vehicle and had no idea where to go to indicate that we were ready to pick it up. there's no signage or other indications where customers are informed where to go for various functions. this was already reported on a prior review, and I'm responding to this review to indicate negatively about repeatedly being asked to provide reviews for the same service visit.

I took my vehicle in for routine oil change and a couple recalls. I was advised when scheduling that it would take approximately 1.5 hours. There was an additional recall on the seatbelts but at the time of scheduling they didn’t know if they’d have the parts to fix it at this appointment. Congratulations to those who recently purchased from this dealership. Enjoy the 'honeymoon phase' while it lasts, because the service department is a nightmare. I brought my car in for a single issue and it was returned unfixed, plus several new problems. Management, specifically Steven Amos, seems to support this culture of untrained staff and poor workmanship. Honestly, a backyard mechanic would likely do a better job. Save yourself the regret and go elsewhere. More updates to come.

Purchased my 26 Santa Fe calligraphy end of year 25. Notice my back rear tire drivers side had a noticeable X mark on the tire. Figured it would go away over time. At the time of purchase the dealership “adds” to all purchases a “AvantageCare” package. $200 bucks. This covers 3 oil changes and tire rotations.
